1. Pet Grooming (Shearing group)
Competition format
Live competition / video and photo shooting, bring the works to venue
  • Contestants may only use scissors and electric shears
  • No dyeing or accessories allowed
  • No limit design
  • The organizer will provide a white model dog (Teddy), or participants could bring their own white model dog (no limit on dog breed)
  • There cannot be any words or marks on the model dog other than the artwork
  • The entire video cannot be edited

  • Safty awareness 25%
  • Techniques 25%
  • Creativity & Design 25%
  • Public Judgment (scored by cross-sector adjudicator) 25%
Shooting Requirements
Participants joining online must follow these rules:
  • Participants MUST introduce themselves on camera, stating their FULL NAME, PARTICIPANT NUMBER, and COMPETITION CATEGORY
    ❌Face masks are not allowed
  • The entire competition process must be clearly filmed
    ❌No filming from a distance or
    ❌from the side
  • Record the whole process (you can zoom in to show detailed actions) and explain important points
  • Submission Method 1: If you know how to edit, you can speed up the video to keep it under 10 minutes, with highlights from the beginning, middle, and end shown at normal speed for the judges
  • Submission Method 2: Submit the original, unedited video

  • Must be dyed according to breed standard color
  • No accessories allowed
  • The organizer will provide a pure white model dog (Teddy breed), or participants are asked to bring their own pure white model dog (no limit on dog breed)
  • There cannot be any words or marks on the model dog other than the artwork.
  • The entire process of filming the video cannot be edited
