American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM)

The American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) is a leading global international standard development organization, designated by the United States government as a standard certification body. It collaborates with over 155 countries, certifying more than 90 standards. Industry experts develop and publish a series of international standards, including those for aerospace technology with National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), subway communication networks with the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), and international standards indicators with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) collaborates with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to develop international cooperation and agreements. The International Aestheticians Chamber of Commerce has become subsidiary member under ASTM. We aim to develop high-quality standards for accreditation in the health care and beauty industry.
